Returns & Exchanges
My products are either made to order, limited edition or one-off pieces and usually recycled from overstock fabric and garments so I try to minimise returns and exchanges. I do understand there may be exceptional circumstances so in this case I ask you to contact me to resolve.
Please note: my current face coverings are non returnable due to health and safety. However in the case of a fault I ask you to email me and I can sort a replacement/refund depending on the circumstances.
- Please contact me within 7-10days to discuss return or exchange, this is
incase I don't have the same item you bought in a different size/colour etc.
- Any returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition.
- Return postage is the customers responsibility unless agreed via email.
- I endeavour to reply to emails within 3 working days
